Cancellation Policy

If the booking is cancelled later than three days prior to arrival, then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made.

In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking will be charged.

Check-in: After 2:30 PM

Check-out: 10:30 AM on date of departure

Please contact us by phone if these times are difficult. Alternative check-in and check-out times are possible by prior arrangement.

For bookings during the Hay Literary Festival period:

A non-refundable deposit equal to 25% of the stay is required if booking is made 6 months in advance
Otherwise, full cost will be payable at time of booking
Full booking balance to be paid on departure
